For over twenty years, Terrence Metz has focused on improving group decision-making techniques. His experience proves that the two most significant factors contributing to effective group decision-making are:

• Higher quality and evidence-based information assures higher quality decisions, and

• Properly facilitated conflict provides groups with more options to consider, thus driving higher quality decisions.

He is passionate about using and teaching professional facilitation to help individuals and teams make more informed decisions. Building on JAD, FAST and other facilitation and leadership approach, Terrence continues to advance the MG RUSH Professional Facilitation technique through constant research and experience. In addition to continually updating the facilitation curriculum to keep it current and relevant, Terrence had added and enhanced decision-making tools such as PowerBalls and the FAST quantitative SWOT technique (used worldwide by Fortune 500 companies).  He introduced the concept of Holism to the field of structured facilitation as a method for keeping discussions on target and aligning deliverables throughout an organization.
