452A Professional Facilitation Training offers a 1+4 approach to our traditional 452 class. Arrive Monday morning, begin class at 1pm, and leave Friday late afternoon.

452A Professional Facilitation 1+4 ApproachIt’s our 452 curriculum with a modified schedule allowing students to travel to and from class during normal working hours. Students receive individual feedback during the Orientation activities and assignments fulfilled during the Pre-work before the live class begins.

Conduct substantially more effective Board Meetings and Committee Meetings by offering our compressed, two-day course, 701 Board Meeting Management, for your captive group. Meetings may inform but are best used to deliver up decisions and plans. This curriculum focuses on building consensus around complex decisions and creating clear plans, where the term ‘plan’ is defined simply as “WHO does WHAT.”
