MG RUSH 452 Professional Facilitation Training amplifies skills to prepare team and project leaders, analysts, managers, and executives to make the most of critical projects and decisions.
This structured facilitation course provides an excellent foundation for those who find themselves in meetings most of the week. Regardless of position, the course is intended for those whom the value of meetings and team performance is critically high. The course is intensive, well-rounded, and targeted for today’s fast paced, process-driven business change environments.
(452A) Professional Facilitation Training (1+4 approach)*
452A Professional Facilitation Training offers a 1+4 approach to our traditional 452 class. Arrive Monday morning, begin class at 1pm, and leave Friday late afternoon.
It’s our 452 curriculum with a modified schedule allowing students to travel to and from class during normal working hours. Students receive individual feedback during the Orientation activities and assignments fulfilled during the Pre-work before the live class begins.Find Out More

Our 301 Facilitation Fundamentals course provides essential training on a wide range of workgroup meeting needs.
This facilitation course provides new and refreshed facilitation skills including action plans, collaboration, conflict management, decision-making, meeting design and control, remote teaming, and team building.
(650) Advanced Facilitation Training (2 days)
MG RUSH 650 Advanced Facilitation Training reviews, refines, and enhances the facilitation and workshop-structuring skills of experienced session leaders. Students spend approximately three-quarters of their time in participatory demonstrations, discussion, exercises, and practice sessions with the remaining one-quarter investigating new content and tools.
701 Board Meeting Management
Conduct substantially more effective Board Meetings and Committee Meetings by offering our compressed, two-day course, 701 Board Meeting Management, for your captive group. Meetings may inform but are best used to deliver up decisions and plans. This curriculum focuses on building consensus around complex decisions and creating clear plans, where the term ‘plan’ is defined simply as “WHO does WHAT.”
